Infant/Toddler Program

Our Infant & Toddler classes aim to promote water confidence and familiarisation by using a range of songs, games, toys and activities to make learning to swim fun and safe.

The benefits are:

  • Water familiarisation – helps confidence, safety and stimulates senses
  • Bonding – between parent and child
  • Skills – exercise and development of motor skills
  • Social interaction – for child, parent and all participants

A parent or guardian is required to enter the water with the student for the duration of the class. We recommend that adults wear a loose t-shirt or rash top over their bathers, as it gives your baby something to grip and hold.
