Accessibility and Inclusion

The ARC Campbelltown recognises the importance of creating an environment where there is equal access for everyone to participate in programs and enjoy the facilities. The centre has been designed to cater for parents with prams, older people and people with disability.
The ARC Campbelltown also accepts the Companion Card for Aquatic and Gym entries.

Facilities and Access

Pool Ramps & Submersible Wheelchairs

Both the Program Pool and Lap Pool include an integrated wheelchair accessible ramp to enable access for all patrons.

The centre has 3 submersible wheelchairs that allow our users to be wheeled directly into the water. The chairs can also be used to assist patrons with movement around the facility. One of these wheelchairs is bariatric.

Lift

On the first floor of the facility are the squash courts, RPM Studio, function rooms, offices and spectator seating for the multi-purpose courts. Visitors can access the first floor of the facility via a lift.

Change Facilities and Bathrooms

The centre has accessible bathroom facilities on both levels as well as an accessible change room, including lockers and an adult sized change table and hoist, adjacent to the pool area. Family changerooms are also available.

Car Park

Adjacent to the centre's entrance are 9 accessible (disabled) parking bays. For those who do not drive, a small connector pathway with pram ramps is available at the end of Kenwyn Drive, this allows wheelchair/pram users to access The ARC car park from the backstreets.
