Group Fitness Classes
All ARC Fit for Life Members have access to all group fitness classes 8am-4pm Monday-Friday and on weekends.

- Off Peak (Mon-Fri between 8am-4pm, anytime on weekends/public holidays)
If you would like to trial the Fit for Life membership before joining, we do offer a two week paid trial. The trial costs $29.00* and will give you all of the membership benefits a Fit for Life member is entitled to. Call our Customer Service team today on 8366 9350 for more information.
