Court Hire Terms and Conditions

1. Booking Limits

Some facilities have booking limits that apply to both members and casual users. These limits are in place to ensure fair access for all customers.

Current booking limits and facility-specific rules can be found on our website under Court Sports.

2. Booking Payment

Full facility hire payment is required at the time of booking. No bookings can be made or held without full payment.

3. Attendance and Check-In Requirements

The customer who makes the booking must attend the booking for its entirety and check in at Customer Service prior to using the court. All court users will be required to wear a wristband issued by staff. Staff may request valid photo identification to verify the booking holder.

4. Member Court Hire

Members are subject to their specific court hire rules and conditions, which are outlined in the Membership Terms and Conditions.

These can be viewed here: https://www.arccampbelltown.com.au/swim/about/terms

Member court hire only covers the individual members use of the courts. Any players the member brings to use the court with must pay casually at Customer Service before accessing the court.

5. Cancellation - Casual and Member Bookings

Casual Bookings
If a court hire booking is cancelled more than 12 hours before the booking start time, the customer will receive a credit to be booked at a later date. The credit will be specific to the facility, hire type and duration booked.

For example:

  • Cancelling one hour of Squash Peak Hire will result in a credit for one hour of Squash Peak Hire that can be used for a future booking. Peak hire credit cannot be used in Off Peak times or for any other facility.

Credits issued for cancelled bookings do not expire until they are used to make a new booking. Any booking cancelled within 12 hours of the booking start time is not eligible for credit, therefore monies will be forfeited

Member Bookings
If the court is booked via a Foundation or Additional Courts member, the member must cancel their booking no less than 3 hours in advance via the client portal or by calling Reception on 08 8366 9350.

6. Rescheduling

Casual bookings can be rescheduled if more than 12 hours’ notice is provided before booking start time. If 12 hours’ notice is not provided, casual booking cannot be rescheduled and monies will be forfeited.

7. Centre Rules, Conditions of Entry and Membership Terms and Conditions

All facility hirers are required to abide by The ARC Centre Rules and Conditions of Entry. Members are also required to abide by the Membership Terms and Conditions. All can be found on our website.
